U.S. President Barack Obama departed from Turkey on Tuesday.

At his two-day visit to Turkish capital Ankara and Istanbul, Obama met Turkish President Abdullah Gul and Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan. He also addressed the Turkish Parliament in the Turkish capital and had meetings with Turkish opposition leaders.

Obama later headed to Istanbul and had separate meetings with the U.S. mission at the U.S. Consulate General and representatives of different religions.

Obama also met university students for a town hall-style session after visiting the Hagia Sofia Museum and the Sultanahmet Mosque.
