Palestinian National Dialogue Kicks Off in Gaza and Ramallah Cities

The entire Palestinian resistance factions, the PA presidency and government institutions, and the Palestinian private sector and civil society institutions have participated in the conference that was initiated by the PLC presidency panel headed by PLC speaker Dr. Aziz Duwaik of Hamas.

The conference is expected to address a number of Palestinian issues, including solving factional differences, and collectively working towards ending the economic embargo imposed on the PA new government and the entire Palestinian people in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.

A Number of Palestinian officials, including Duwaik, PA premier Ismail Haneyya, Ahmed Abu Al-Sukkar, a former captive in Israeli jails who will speak on behalf of the Palestinian inmates, and PA chief Mahmoud Abbas delivered speeches before the audience where they stressed the need to end the conference in full success and agree on common grounds for the best of the Palestinian people and its just question.

The two-day conference is held just a day after a bloody IOF incursion into Ramallah city Wednesday that left 4 Palestinian citizens dead and wounded more than 60 others as IOF undercover special units disguised in Arab clothes attempted to arrest alleged Palestinians activists.
