Turkey's Constitutional Court's rapporteur will submit the report on the ruling AK Party closure case on Wednesday to the court, Turkish media reported on Monday.
After being submitted to the court, the report will be sent to the members of Constitutional Court.
AK Party had submitted to Constitutional Court its written defense on the merits of the closure case filed against the party.
The chief prosecutor had demanded the Court to ban 71 officials, including Turkish PM Erdogan and President Abdullah Gul.
According to the Constitution, at least 7 of the 11 members of the court have to vote for closure in order for the court to shut down a political party.
