Turkish primary school students cried for the Palestinian children killed in the Israeli attacks on Gaza Strip, observing on Tuesday a minute of silence at their schools .
Commemorations were held in primary schools nationwide in Turkey
Turkish education ministry said it organized painting and essay contests and aid campaing across the country to contribute to common sensitivity about Gaza at primary and high school students.
The ministry launched an aid campaign for Gazan people.
Some Turkish students told Turkish news agency their feelings on Israel offensive on Gaza.
When she watches what`s happening in Gaza, Gülsüm Bayram told Cihan agency, she feels she`s hurt.
"I really feel bad about Palestanians. I feel hurt when I see dead babies. I do not understand what Israel does this cruelty. Israel must stop this immediately. They say they don`t bomb schools, but they did", she said.
Another student, Mustafa Kaya, said "God damn Israel".
"I`m really sorry. There is no reason for this cruelty. They fire at schools, then kill everyone. They kill for fun".

Aybüke Meral, 5. grade student, said "this unjust treatment of Palestanians must stop immediately. We cry here when we fall down. They really hurt there, they lose their lives. We all want this war to end".
