Thai protesters start leaving Govt House, siege over
Anti-government protesters began streaming out of the grounds of Government House in Bangkok on Tuesday, ending a siege of the Thai prime minister's office that had lasted almost three weeks, a Reuters reporter said.

Earlier, a protest leader had said they were in talks with the military on how they could leave the area safely.

It was surrounded by hundreds of troops after violent clashes in the capital on Monday.
