The programme would boost economic, commercial, cultural and scientific relations between Turkey and Syria.

"It includes several projects by means of cooperation among Gaziantep, Kilis and Aleppo. Infrastructure projects have been prepared and they will be implemented. Oncupinar Border Crossing will also be modernized," Turhan said.

Turhan and Aleppo Deputy Governor Abdelkader Jazmati Bin Assaad chaired meetings between delegations of the two countries.
