Turkish Interior Minister Besir Atalay is attending a three-party mechanism meeting in Iraqi capital city of Baghdad on Saturday.

Atalay's meeting began at 11:00 hours (Turkish local time) and is attended by officials from Turkey, Iraq and the United States.

A press conference is expected to take place after the meeting.

Atalay and his delegation will return to Turkey late in the evening on Saturday.

Today's meeting focuses on the measures taken against PKK in the past three months.
