But nowadays Turkcell's customers are not happy because of the untrue and mistaken campaign for the customers. Gençturkcell members are normally, according to the campaign announced by Turkcell company, able to speak after 9 p.m till 7 a.m in the morning free of charge. But thousands of customers are complaining about the contours that they lose for the speeches they make on the phone between these hours. One of the things the customers are also complaining is that their complaints and demands on this unfair and injustice attitude are not taken serious by the company's managers. Also to an internet website taking the customers' complaints, more than a thousand customers complained about the company.
