Turkey condemned Wednesday the terrorist attack that killed at least 18 and wounded dozens in Lebanon early in the morning.
A roadside bomb exploded near a bus early Wednesday, killing at least 18, including soldiers and civilians.
Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that it strongly condemned the attack in Tripoli, Lebanon's second largest city, and offered condolences to Lebanese people and the families of the victims.
The ministry said that Turkish government believes that the attack would not be able to stop recent developments in Lebanon to establish national consensus and maintain peace and stability.
The ministry also reaffirmed Turkey's commitment to supporting efforts to restore peace and stability in Lebanon.
