Turkish aid organization sent 11,000 packages of foodstuff carried by 10 trucks to the region after the attack by Israel to Gaza.

Turkey sends 11,000 packages of foodstuff to Gaza

Turkish aid organization Kizilay (Red Crescent) sent 11,000 packages of foodstuff carried by 10 trucks to the region after the attack by Israel to Gaza, general director said on Sunday.

Turkish Red Crescent Director General Omer Tasli said the organization aimed to support people who suffered from difficulties all around the world and it has been extending great assistance to Palestinians.

The packages which were sent to the region on Sunday included flour, sugar, rice, lentil, chickpea, tea, oil and dry soup and they would be distributed to 200,000 people in the region, he said.
