The winning bidders will take over the operational rights of the said ports for 36 years.

Turkey's Anti-trust authority allowed Monday the transfer of operational rights of Samsun and Bandirma ports to private companies.

With the decision, Anti-trust Authority allowed the winning bidders to take over the operational rights of Samsun (Black Sea) and Bandirma (Marmara Sea) ports when the tenders are finalized.

Turkerler-Kolin Consortium and Ceynal Logistics and Trade Co. are the bidders competing for the operational rights of Samsun Port, while Celebi Consortium, Global Liman-Torunlar Consortium and Varyap Varlıbaslar Construction Company are the bidders competing for Bandirma port.

The winning bidders will take over the operational rights of the said ports for 36 years.
