Turkey's C.Bank says foreign exchange reserves up
Foreign exchange reserves of the Turkish Central Bank increased to 70.037 billion USD as of September 4, the bank said on Thursday.

The reserves were 69.8 billion USD on August 28.

In its weekly bulletin, the Central Bank said that Turkey paid back 133.96 million USD of foreign debt on September 1 and 9. Turkey's foreign debt repayments amounted to 7.7 billion USD since the beginning of 2009.

Turkey repaid 15.7 billion USD in 2008.
