Turkey's Consulate General in Germany's Dusseldorf was attacked with molotov cocktails. When damage occurs in the building, no injuries have been reported.
Dusseldorf police said "unidentified people" throwed 6 molotov coctails to the Turkish Consulate`s general building on Cecilienallee Street around 03.00 am local time.
Police have talked to officials in the consulate building to receive information.
Apparently, only one of 6 molotov cocktails exploded, while others were ineffective.
Police collected fingerprints on the molotov coctails to investigate, while examining the security camera images of the building.
Turkey`s Dusseldorf Consulate General Hakan Kıvanc expressed his grief over the attack, "I hope justice will be delivered as soon as possible " he said.
Despite the attack, disruption of services in general was not reported.
