Turkey's FM arrives in Iran over nuclear talks

Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu has arrived in Iran on Tuesday to hold talks with Iranian officials.

In his one-day visit to Iran, Foreign Minister Davutoglu will exchange views on bilateral, regional and international issues.

Davutoglu's priority during the talks in Tehran will be the international negotiations pertaining to Iran's nuclear program.

Ahmet Davutoglu will meet with Iranian Foreign Minister Manuchehr Motaki and President Mahmud Ahmadi-Nejad.

Davutoglu will also meet with Speaker of Iranian Parliament Ali Larijani and Iran's nuclear chief negotiator Said Jalili.

In a statement issued earlier, the Tehran administration said that they welcomed Turkey's active role in nuclear negotiations.
