Housing Administration of Turkey (TOKI) will sell residences to the economically disadvantaged citizens for only a monthly installment of 100 Turkish liras (approx. 57 USD).

The flats would have a size of 45 square meters and would be constructed in 17 separate provinces.

Below is a list of the provinces where the TOKI would construct the new residences along with the number of residences to be built:
