The Governorship of central Anatolian province of Eskisehir decided Monday to close all schools and educational institutions for a week after high number of flu cases within the province.

Nursery, primary and high schools in Eskisehir will re-open on Monday, November 23.

Schools in towns of Eskisehir province will not be affected by the Governorship's decision and education will continue this week in the towns.

Meanwhile, schools in Dogansehir town of eastern province of Malatya will be closed for three days due to cases of swine flu in the town. Schools in Dogansehir will be re-opened on Thursday, November 19.

The Governor of Malatya, Ulvi Saran, said Monday that schools in Arguvan town will be closed for four days after high number of flu cases were reported.

206 students in Arguvan are receiving treatment in Arguvan for high fever and pain.
