Turkish government has completed drawing up a medium-term financial plan covering the 2009-2010-2011 period.
The plan estimates that the central administrative budget deficit will be 1.4 percent of the country's gross domestic product for 2009. The figures for 2010 and 2011 will be 1.3 percent and 1.7 percent respectively.
The medium-term primary surplus figures are expected as 3.7 percent of GDP for 2009, 3.1 percent for 2010 and 2.6 percent for 2011.
