Pakistan's Baluchistan provincial government spokesman Abdul Raziq Bugti was shot dead Friday by "unknown gunmen", local TV channels reported.

The two gunmen were riding a motorcycle when attacking the government spokesman and the body of Abdul Raziq Bugti has been shifted to a hospital in Quetta, the provincial capital of Baluchistan, according to the private DAWN NEWS TV.

There has been no immediate responsibility claim for the attack.
