Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babacan said Tuesday that second round of Turkish-mediated indirect talks between Israel and Syria has been completed and parties would have two more rounds in July.
"Talks were held in Istanbul on Sunday and Monday and were completed successfully. Both parties were satisfied," Babacan told a press conference in Luxembourg.
"More important than that the schedule for the next rounds is already set. More talks will take place in July. And now parties have begun to discuss the details," he said.
Babacan said Israel and Syria had confidence in Turkey and that Turkey would continue to act as the facilitator as long as they keep having confidence.
