Former Deputy Defence Minister Anuruddha Ratwatte, his two sons Lohan and Chanuka with Four others have been released while five being declared for death panalty.

The Trial-at-Bar comprised three High Court Judges Eric Basnayake, President, Deepali Wijesundera and Nihal Sunil Rajapakse.

When Judge Basnayake was appointed as a Judge of the Court of Appeal, Judge Wijesundera acted as the President of the Trial-at-Bar.
