Turkish human rights group urged Turkish government to cancel deportation decision on Chechen refugee.

MAZLUMDER Istanbul branch made on Saturday a statement in a press conference on Imran Abdulazimov, said to be a Chechen commander and a refugee living in Istanbul.



His family was present as Branch chairman Ayhan Kucuk was making the statement.

His wife and children sobbed during this ordeal as Abdulazimov torn his passport in order to avoid deportion.



Abdulazimov is diagnosed with lung and kidney problems and need urgent madical attention.

Kucuk said "it was unacceptable that Abdulazimov was to be deported by interior ministry without announcing any reasons since he, his family, entered legally Turkey and was given residence permit."



Kucuk added, "Recent unlawful deportations have increased the concerns over migrants in Turkey."

Kucuk asked the government urgently to stop the deportation process of Interior Ministry.

This is so wrong to have this manb send back where he could be killed or poisoned by Russians

this is wron and we the Turkish Comunuity in USA do not agrree with this decition
