Armed men stormed the house of a family in northern Iraq on Tuesday, killing a father and his two sons, police said.
Police said unknown gunmen shot dead the family members in eastern Mosul.
"Iraq's authorities need to act now to stop this campaign of violence against Christians from spreading again," Joe Stork, the group's deputy Middle East director, said in a statement.
There is a quota in parliament for Christian seats, but there are Christian candidates who are closer to the Kurds, others who are independent and some closer to the Arabs.
