The case had links to the Jonathan Pollard spy scandal.

Prosecutors say Ben-Ami Kadish provided classified documents, including some relating to U.S. missile defense systems, to an Israeli spy, Yosef Yagur, who photographed the documents at Kadish's residence.

Yagur has been linked in court documents to the case of Pollard, a U.S. citizen who is serving a life term on a 1985 charge of spying for Israel.

Kadish faces a maximum of five years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000 at his Feb. 13 sentencing in federal court in Manhattan.
