A youth arrested in connection with the murder of an 11-year-old boy in Liverpool has been released on bail, police said Sunday.
The 15-year-old was arrested Friday. Six young people aged between 15 and 19 remain in custody, including two girls.
Eleven-year-old Rhys Jones was one of three children playing football in the car park of a pub in Croxteth, Liverpool Wednesday night when an unidentified youth arrived on a bicycle, fired three shots and escaped. The victim was struck in the throat and died en route to hospital.
