At least one person was killed and three others injured Sunday after at least two explosions rocked a park in a Japanese province north of Tokyo.
Kyodo news agency cited police as saying that a festival was underway at the park at the time of the blasts in Utsunomiya, the capital of Tochigi prefecture.
Vehicles in a parking lot caught fire at around 11:30 a.m. (0230GMT).
An investigation into the explosions and what caused the fires to break out is underway.
