Iran and IAEA to resume nuclear talks

Iran will again ask a formal recognition that it is entitled to use nuclear technology for peaceful purposes, while IAEA will ask Iran to remove suspicions about its nuclear activities.

Iran and International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) will resume nuclear talks on Wednesday. Delegations will be headed by Herman Nackaerts, deputy director general of IAEA, and Iran's Ambassador to the IAEA Ali Asghar Soltanieh.

The meeting will mainly focus on solution to controversial topics.

Legal and technical dimensions of Iran's nuclear energy activities as well as cooperation topics between Iran and IAEA will be discussed in the meeting.

Iran will again ask a formal recognition that it is entitled to use nuclear technology for peaceful purposes, while IAEA will ask Iran to remove suspicions about its nuclear activities.

Iran and the IAEA previously met in Tehran on January 17 and 18.
