Foreign Minister Lavrov held a joint press conference with his Belgian counterpart Didier Reynders in Moscow, Russia.

Lavrov said, "We have never been -fascinated- by or supportive of the Syrian regime. Our policy is to support all parties to implement the Geneva Accord."

Lavrov also said that foreign powers should stop encouraging the war in Syria.

Touching on the tension between the western countries and Iran in regards to nuclear talks, Lavrov said, "Both Iran and the western countries should not behave whimsically in a childish way."
