Tibetan organizations staged protests in different parts of Delhi against Chinese Premier Li Keqiang's three-day state visit to India.
Shouting slogans against the visiting Chinese dignitary, the Tibetans said that they were holding the protest because Keqiang was responsible for the spate of self immolation in their homeland.
The Delhi Police has already stepped up security with several routes, including ones near the Chinese embassy, shut.
Talking to NWS in New Delhi, a Tibetan protester said they have held the protest against the Chinese Premier Li Keqiang and added that there is no border between India and China but there is a border between India and Tibet so Indian government should kindly talk to Chinese Premier on the border issue.
Observing the 18th year of disappearance of their spiritual leader 11th Panchen Lama, a protester said that they wanted to know where their spiritual leader was and Chinese Premier should tell them about Lama.Last Mod: 20 Mayıs 2013, 17:40
