A Pakistani security official told Anadolu Agency that a drone fired two missiles at a house in Miramshah, the capital city of North Waziristan, killing three people on the spot.
The identity of the deceased has not yet been ascertained, he said.
Authorities had already slapped a curfew in the region following attacks on security forces over the past few days.
North Waziristan, which borders war-ravaged Afghanistan, has been the prime target of drone strikes for the last five years.
A UN report also unveiled this month that at least 400 civilians have been killed in drone attacks in Waziristan since 2004.
The report cautions that the number of civilian casualties could be much higher since independent media did not have access to the affected areas.
According to the Washington-based New American Foundation, Human Rights Watch, and Bureau of Investigative Journalism over 3,000 people, 70 percent of them civilians, have been killed in 360 drone attacks since 2004 in Waziristan region.
