Vucic himself asserted such a thing ahead of the road when he said he would seek concrete political support for Serbia because without Russia there is no solution to any Serb problem.

The head of the Serbian state, likewise, told reporters that the time he is holding the meeting with Putin is "one of the most important for Serbia in these last years".

The situation in the region is quite complicated, according to Vucic, underlining that for this reason every word and every political step must be measured.

Initially, Vucic and Putin will have a head-to-head meeting and only then delegations will join them.
