Bosnia and Herzegovina and Hungary signed in Sarajevo on Friday a protocol on cooperation between small and medium enterprises.
The protocol was signed by the Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mirko Sarovic, and Hungarian Deputy Secretary of State Minister for National Economy, Aaron Mark Lenner.
The signing of this document contributes to the cooperation between small and medium enterprises and global economic development.
"We treat Hungary as our neighbor, though we are not neighboring countries. With friendly Hungary we have good political and economic relations. Hungary is one of our most important foreign trade partners", said Sarovic.
The protocol intends to provide support to strengthening the competitiveness of Hungarian and Bosnian companies in regional and global markets and ensuring the exchange of information, experiences and the mutual protection of the interests of small and medium enterprises sector.
The parties are obligated to establish forms of cooperation based on the principles of equal rights, partnership and mutual interest between companies in the industrial-scale, trade, economy, science and education, services and investment sectors, as well as other industries.
