The former president of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili, ruled out a return to his country to answer questions regarding the murder of his predecessor in 2005.
Saakashvili, who is currently in the Netherlands, told Georgian Rustavi 2 on Sunday that he will not be present in court on March 27 after he was summoned last week.
His no-show would result in him being put on the wanted list, Georgian authorities have warned.
Many of Saakashvili's supporters and allies have accused the new administration of seeking political revenge against him.
Saakashvili left Georgia shortly after being voted out in November.Last Mod: 24 Mart 2014, 17:06
