Marine Le Pen, the leader of France's far-right National Front party, arrived for meetings on Tuesday in the Russian parliament building in Moscow, a Reuters reporter in parliament said.

Parliamentary officials said Le Pen was to meet Sergei Naryshkin, a Kremlin ally who is speaker of the lower house of parliament.

French media have reported that Le Pen's party has secured loans worth 9 million euros ($9.83 million) from a Russian-owned bank. ($1 = 0.9160 euros)
