Pro-Russian separatists in eastern Ukraine fired at International Committee of the Red Cross officials near Donetsk on Wednesday.

Ukraine's Counterterrorism Center said in a statement that no one was killed or wounded also said that pro-Russian rebels violated the cease-fire deal at least 24 times during the day.

Clashes are ongoing in eastern Ukraine between government forces and pro-Russia separatists despite a cease-fire signed in Minsk on Feb. 12.

Ukraine's Counterterrorism Center spokesperson Andriy Lysenko said the army would not withdraw its soldiers and heavy weapons from the battlefront unless the rebels fully withdraw their heavy weapons.
