The President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), Dervis Eroglu met on Tuesday with the US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, Victoria Nuland in the presidential palace.

 

Presidency undersecretary, Hasan Gungor; and the special envoy and presidential spokesperson, Osman Ertug, also attended the meeting, which was closed to media.

Nuland will hold a press conference with regards to her contacts in the buffer zone after meeting with Greek Cypriot leader, Nicos Anastasiadis.
