A group of officials from Bangladeshi Ministry of Law and Justice visited Turkish parliament on Thursday.      

The group headed by Sultan Nasir Khan, the ministry's joint secretary of the legislative and parliamentary division, met with Ayhan Sefer Ustun, head of the Turkish parliament's human rights inspection committee.      

Khan told reporters that the Bangladeshi parliament also had a committee on human rights, emphasizing that the visit was aimed at observing hoe Turkey implemented of Convention on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW).
