Bosnia and Herzegovina will cooperate with Turkey in the areas of energy, infrastructure and tourism, said the country's prime minister on Monday.

During a visit to the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (ITO), Vjekoslav Bevanda told reporters that economic relations between two countries should be further enhanced.

"During the Bosnian war, Bosnia and Herzegovina was damaged severely and now our country renews itself entirely," he added.

The President of Istanbul Chamber of Commerce, Ibrahim Caglar, said the ITO has strong ties with Bosnia and Herzegovina, however, there is still a lot to be done in the investment sector.

Bevanda is being accompanied by his Federal Minister of Energy, Mining and Industry, Erdal Trhulj and Donko Jovic, Minister of Agriculture of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton.
