Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu will go to Switzerland's Geneva city on Monday to attend the high-level meeting on solidarity and burden-sharing with countries hosting Syrian refugees, which will be held during 64th Executive Committee of United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
All UN member states as well as international finance institutions and neighbouring countries to Syria which host Syrian refugees are invited to the meeting, said Turkish Foreign Ministry in a statement.
Davutoglu will also give a speech at the meeting which aims to attract the attention of the international community to the condition of Syrian refugees and to the tangible contributions for countries hosting those refugees.
UNHCR's 64th Executive Committee will take place in Geneva from 30 September to 4 October 2013 to review and approve the agency's programmes and budgets and to advise on protection matters.
