EU high representative for foreign affairs Catherine Ashton offered condolences after three people were killed in an explosion in Turkey's capital Ankara on Tuesday.
Ashton expressed sorrow that three people were killed and many others were wounded in the explosion.
On Tuesday, three people were killed and 34 others were injured when an explosion ripped through a busy street in Ankara's city center at around 11:05 a.m.
Meanwhile, Ashton also said that the EU was supporting Turkey in its fight against 'terrorism'.
