Mayor of Istanbul, Kadir Topbas on Sunday arrived in the Saudi Arabian city of Mecca.

In a written statement released on Sunday, Istanbul Municipality said that Topbas arrived in Mecca at an invitation by Mecca Mayor Usame al-Bar.

Topbas on Sunday attended a meeting on the urban transformation in Istanbul at Mecca's Umm al-Qura University.
