Russia's Ambassador to Turkey Vladimir Ivanovski referred to Russian President Vladimir Putin's coming up trip to Turkey and said that during his visit, international topics, Middle East and Transcaucasia issues would be discussed.

In a press conference at the Russian Embassy in Ankara on Friday, Ivanovski said that 3rd Turkey-Russia High Level Cooperation Council meeting would start on December 3 and Putin would participate in the meeting in Istanbul.

Ivanovski said that Russian direct investments in Turkey would continue.

He referred to the nuclear power plant project planned to be constructed in Akkuyu and said that it was a good example of investments between two countries.

The ambassador said that with the nuclear power plant project the bilateral relations would develop and said, "More than 400 Turkish students will be trained in Moscow to work in Akkuyu project. Soon, Turkey will have experts trained in this field."
