The construction of sheltering and accommodation centres with 5250 bed capacity in 7 Turkish cities took start on Tuesday.
Sheltering centres are aimed for lodging Syrians who ran away from the violence in their country.
According to Turkish Interior Ministry's "National Action Plan of Asylum and Immigration", shelter centres will be set up in Ankara, Erzurum, Gaziantep, Izmir, Kayseri, Kirklareli and Van. Each centre will have 750 beds.
People who ran away because of the lack of security in their countries will be hosted at these centres until they get accepted by a third country.
Centres will also have parks as well as sports fields.
