Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu, who is currently in Vietnam for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit, held talks with Vietnamese officials in Hanoi on Thursday.

Davutoglu was received by Vietnam's President Nguyen Minh Triet and had a meeting with Vietnamese Foreign Minister Pham Gia Khiem.

"Friendship and Cooperation Agreement" is expected to be signed between Turkey and ASEAN at a ceremony that will take place on Friday.
