Zlatko Lagumdzija, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on Friday stated that preparations were made for the re-arrangement of Turkey-Bosnia and Herzegovina-Serbia Trilateral Summit. Lagumdzija told Anadolu Agency that the preparations for the trilateral summit were continuing and it was expected to take place in May.
Stating that both senior level and foreign minister level meetings would be held, Lagumdzija said regional cooperation was increasing day by day.
Trilateral talks had started in 2009 with the initiative of Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu between Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia who were in war in the 1990s. Many important steps were taken to establish peace between Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia at the ministerial level meetings held. However, the meetings were interrupted due to Serbian President Boris Tadic losing the elections.Last Mod: 08 Mart 2013, 15:22
