Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Besir Atalay on Tuesday stated that not much support was given by the UN, other international institutions or countries and said, "Turkey has all the burden regarding Syria".

Atalay stated that there were currently around 250 thousand Syrians residing in the camps and cities in Turkey prior to the "Syria" titled meeting he attended in the Prime Ministry.

"Higher Education Board accepted the university students who had to flee Syria to Turkish universities in the region and the recent legislation allowed Syrian refugees to be treated without any charge in public hospitals in Turkey," Atalay added.
