Turkey and India signed cooperation agreements on Monday as well as memoranda of understanding in the presence of Turkish President Abdullah Gul and his Indian counterpart Pranab Mukherjee.
Agreements aiming to boost cooperation between the two countries were signed in the fields of small- and medium- sized enterprises, archive research, media, science and technology.
Moreover, several Turkish and Indian universities signed memoranda of understanding.
The two leaders also discussed Turkish-Indian relations in addition to exchanging views about current regional and global developments.
