Turkish President Abdullah Gul welcomed his Pakistani counterpart Asif Ali Zardari and Afghan counterpart Hamid Karzai at the Cankaya Presidential Residence in the Turkish capital, Ankara on Wednesday.

Within the scope of Turkey-Pakistan-Afghanistan trilateral summit, Gul and Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will hold separate meetings with Zardari and Karzai.

Later on they will all hold a quartet meeting.

President Gul will host lunch for his Afghan and Pakistani counterparts.

Gul will meet separately with the two leaders, and the three presidents will appear in a joint press conference.
