Different points of view over Syria crisis did not affect Turkey-Russia bilateral relations, said Russian Ambassador to Turkey Andrey Karlov on Thursday.
"Turkish-Russian relations passed the exam," he said speaking to the journalists at the embassy building in Turkish capital Ankara.
Karlov stressed that Syria crisis could only be solved through political ways and pointed to the need for an urgent meeting of Geneva 2.
The destruction of chemical weapons in Syria will be a difficult process, he said.
Russian ambassador also underlined the project of Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant and said it might be the most significant project of the cooperation between the two countries.Last Mod: 03 Ekim 2013, 22:06
