Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu met with Amr Moussa, former Arab Union secretary-general and foreign affairs minister, in the Egyptian capital of Cairo on Tuesday, the Cihan news agency reported on Tuesday.
Moussa also ran for president in the 2012 Egyptian election in which Mohammad Morsi was the winner. He stepped down from the Arab League post after former Egyptian leader Hosni Mubarak’s fall.
