Turkey's Felicity Party hosted a fast-breaking meal for Islamic countries' ambassadors at Swiss Hotel in Ankara on Wednesday.
Felicity Party chairman Mustafa Kamalak said that incidents that took place in Muslim countries, massacre in Norway and looting in Britain were terrifying.
There was need for common sense for end of these unfavorable incidents, he said.
"We, as Muslims, have power to say 'no' to such incidents. We have to take necessary steps and precautions. Islam means peace and tranquility," he said.
Kamalak said that Islamic union was the only solution to several problems in the world.
Kamalak also called on everyone to contribute to aid campaigns launched to combat famine in Somalia.
Ambassadors of 22 countries including Iran, Indonesia, Bosnia&Herzegovina, Kazakhstan and Pakistan attended the fast-breaking meal.
